  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (continental U.S.), 5–10 days for Alaska/Hawaii.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Cost: $9.99 (not eligible for free shipping).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM ET ship same day.

3. Order Tracking & Notifications

4. Returns & Refunds

Easy Returns Within 30 Days

  • Conditions: Unused, in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Process:

    2. Print the prepaid return label (*$5.99 fee deducted for non-defective returns*).

    3. Refund issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with:
